As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of a successful insurance agency through exceptional administrative and customer service skills. - Contact current, past and potential customers via phone, email or text to generate prospects
- Gather pivotal customer information and produce quotes for fire and auto policies
- Follow up with prospects who have not responded
- Fulfill daily, weekly, and monthly quota of prospects for sales team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- P&C licensed in the state of Arizona

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
